Immigration Evaluations

I provide comprehensive psychological evaluations for individuals involved in immigration proceedings. These evaluations are designed to document the emotional and psychological impact of a person’s circumstances and can serve as supporting evidence in immigration cases. My approach is thoughtful, thorough, and culturally sensitive— the goal is to clearly communicate each individual’s experiences and mental health needs in a detailed written report that can assist attorneys and the court in understanding the full context of the case.

Types of Immigration Evaluations

  • Extreme hardship waivers (I-601 / I-601A)

  • Violence Against Women Act (VAWA)

  • U-Visas

  • T-Visas

  • Cancellation of Removal (42B)

  • Asylum evaluations

Evaluations are conducted virtually and available to clients throughout the United States. Interviews can be conducted in English or Spanish, with the final report written in English.
